Video ~ From Hapa Road to Hapa Kauai – A 20 Year Journey Final

Sarah and Michael Littman met on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. They eventually got married in Koloa Town on the Island of Kauai. Their journey took them to Portland, Oregon where in 2013 they opened the Hapa PDX Food Cart. In 2019 they made the leap from Food Cart to a Brick-and-Mortar Restaurant. They just moved to Island of Kauai to begin the journey of opening Hapa Kauai.
